I'm Caitlyn, and this is my story

I'm Caitlyn, and this is my story

I was an athlete up until college and I fell in love with fitness — so training like an athlete is what I do! Since becoming a mom, I understand the importance of building mental strength in addition to physical. As a first-time, single, mom mental strength has been what’s gotten me through. My passion lies in helping my clients build strength in mind and body, and to have a better quality of life through fitness.

I’ve been a certified trainer for 5 years and full-time with my business for 2 years, completing 2 additional certifications along the way (Strength & Conditioning and Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise). I continue to learn every day to become better for myself, and my clients.

Training here with me, you can expect to move and feel like an athlete while building your dream body! I specialize in weight training, athletic style conditioning, mobility, and pre/postnatal workouts.
